The first button allows you to switch between accounts, and yes multiple accounts under the same email are allowed.
The second button allows you to switch between different sites you are signed up in on ProBoards. For instance; if you are a member of Jack’s site, Writer’s Enclave, then you can click this button to go to that site.
The third button allows you to edit your account settings.

The first button takes you to the bank where you can deposit and withdraw your money.
The second button lets you view and accept or decline any donations made to you.
The third button takes you to the shop to buy items.
The forth button lets you view and accept or decline any gifts and/or trades made to you.
